Sea Shepherd Conservation Society Benefit Gig

The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society is hosting a fundraiser for their 2008-2009 Anti-Whaling campaign in Antarctica, on

Friday 3rd October 2008, from 8pm Central Club Hotel, 293 Swan St, Richmond Entry is $15 ($10 Concession)

Bands providing entertainment for the night are: The Band Who Knew Too Much, The Hornswagglers and the Melbourne Ukulele Kollective.

We’ll also be screening a short doco on the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society early in the evening.

Why? The benefit is in aid of ‘Operation Musashi’ which will sea our ship the Steve Irwin head to the Antarctic, to again stop the Japanese Whaling Fleet in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.

Come along, meet some crew members, have a boogie and support this fantastic cause!
