One day to dive Cairns...

... where should I go? I've got one day in Cairns (19 Jan) to go diving - does anyone have advice on the best option? Really want to do the SS Yongala or one of the outer reefs -any opinions on which is better? Also any recommendations on dive shops to use? Thanks JR
