Diving in Cairns

Hi All!

I'm thinking of heading up to Cairns to do some diving in July/August. I don't have heaps of cash to spend on the trip, so I was thinking of just doing a 3-4 day liveabord type thing.

Are there any operators up there who are particularly good or some who are not so good. If they're a good operator who is less expensive 'cause they don't have as many luxuries on their trips as some others, but are basically good that's cool with me too.

Any suggestions/advice is welcome

Cheers

hi there, last time i was up there i did a liveaboard trip to the outer reef with deep sea divers den. http://www.diversden.com.au/
I found it to be a great trip and pretty cheap it was under 500 bucks for 3 nights 4 days. I did 11 dives for the trip so i was pretty happy.
its not luxurious but just plain diving with good food served too.

Have a good trip if you go, half your luck!

cheers

HMI technology is not new. It evolved in the late 1960s when lamp developer Osram began producing HMI bulbs for the film industry at the request of German television seeking a less expensive alternative to incandescent lights. Ironically, HMI is now much more expensive than halogen and tungsten.
