Sipadan

I spent 6 months diving at Sipadan/ Mabul/ Kapalai last year and am wondering if anyone who has been over there recently can give me an update on the state of the reef and species diversity/numbers present. Has the relocation of the resorts off Sipadan made any difference? Or has it resulted in an influx of local fishermen?
