Sorry dude, can't help you with dive sites as I am from Sydney, BUT couldn't help noticing the flooded camera.

Welcome to photography underwater. If it's your very first flood there'll be more to come. Be prepared and sooner or later you'll laugh at it just like I do now!

Best of luck with Perth diving! I think tht Busselton is a day trip from Perth and a fantastic dive one that's on my list to do in this lifetime.

A Canon A70, that's a compact digital isn't it?

I'd suspect you might as well throw the thing away?

Hi Hisayo,

They all sound very interesting to me. So far only did point peron, Rockingham wrecks and the discarded jetty at Bread st off rockingham rd.

Anyone with tips on catching lobsters?

Hello Alex,

There are loads of good shore dive spots around Perth. A good way to find them is to purchase one of the 2 books getting around most dive shops. They are called something like snorkelling and scuba in WA.

Another great way to find out, and to get out around Rottnest Island is to join the crowd at the Underwater Explorers Club of WA ( UEC ). Check out the website at http://www.underwaterexplorersclub.net and follow them up from there.

Regards Chris
