Open Water Location - NSW

Hi,

I'm living in Sydney at the moment and would like to get my PADI Open Water within the next couple of months before heading up to Cairns in August. I fancy the idea of getting out of Sydney for a week to do it so that I can see a bit more of Australia at the same time and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations re a good place to go - maybe up to a day or so travel from Sydney on the train? Maybe Coffs Harbour? Cost is a factor so it would be good to keep it cheap!
