The Oceania Project
The Oceania Project is a not-for-profit research and education organisation dedicated to raising awareness about Whales, Dolphins and the Oceans through research and education programs.
Our major activity is a long-term study of the behaviour and ecology of humpback whales in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.

Night dive at the Rock

- The sunset over the bay was a real treat to watch through the boat as we waited for water to lift her. We would soon be on our way past the perfectly peeling lines of swell and out to the rocks.

A new way of living underwater - Habitat Waterford
- At first it seems like a very hippy-like idea and really fits into our part of the world, as does the Dome Shell factory. However, on further investigation, the instigator, Shaun Waterford, seemed more down to earth than expected and I decided to take a look for myself.
