Frolicking Tobies
These Black-Saddled Tobies (Canthigaster valentini) seemed to be having a good time as they spiraled up through the water at Dauin, Philippines. I was using a Nikon D200 with a 60mm lens in an Aquatica housing. I use a Nikon SB800 flash in a Subal housing. 1/250 sec at f/25, ISO 200.
