This is a head section of a giant puffer I encountered on a nightdive. He came really close as he was trying to bite in my dive torch. The pattern made me think of a leopard skin. I guess camouflage is equally important under water as on the African plains.
Taken in the Similan Marine Park, Southwest Thailand during a nightdive. Nikon Coolpix 5100 + Nikon CP2 housing.
