The only juvenile lionfish I've ever seen and he was flirting around the edge of a 1.3 metre long blue Giant Clam. I was using a Nikonos V with a removable closeup kit over a 35mm lens. Light was supplied by twin SB105 strobes. This was the last frame on the roll and was taken on snorkel in Turtle Bay on 3rd Sister, Tongue Reef off Cairns, QLD. Shot is upside down. The forest of tube worms was taken at Flinders reef off Moreton Island near Bris Vegas (Brisbane, QLD), in about 8 meters using an S40 Canon. Photocomp January '05 - Open
