Described in the fish books as "not often observed" this tiny Coral Scorpionfish (Sebastapistes cyanostigma) is often found amongst the acropora corals around the Cocos (Keeling) Islands. This photo was taken at Unicorn Playground - viz around 20 metres. Camera: Olympus C750

This was taken adjacent to the jetty in Flying Fish Cove, Christmas Island. A great place to relax. Taken with a Sony DSC-P8 - anyone out there for a species name ? - I think it is a ceylon gymnodoris of the stylocheilus group (comment by TNT Photos)
