This was taken at Old Man's Hat, Sydney in 18m with a Sony P100 and internal strobe in September 2004. It was my first dive after passing my OW course and first time with a camera underwater!
Not to sure , I think it is a Velvet fish , night dive at Mornington Pier, VIC.
