HOw to dive?

Halo!i m a 16 years old girl from hongkong.
im doing a project on scuba diving...

Unfortunately, i cannot find any information about scuba diving,i just can find out the clubs,the trips of scuba divung...

Can anyone tell me the rules,and how to play scuba diving??it's because i need the detail of them urgently^^"(my project decline is coming!!)
